Has vast experience in diversified industries spanning over two decades. His entrepreneurial skills has helped him to establish successful companies in the field of Garments, Plastics, Rubber and Hardware.

He holds the position of Chairman/Managing Director of Eu-Retec (Pvt) Ltd, Eagle Power (Pvt) Ltd, Panadura Hardware Services (Pvt) Ltd and also holds the position of Managing Director of Korean SPA (Pvt) Ltd and Skytel Global Services (Pvt) Ltd.  He possesses educational qualifications in Management & Finance  which has helped him to manage these business ventures in a highly successful manner. 

Possesses experience in the rubber industry for more than three decades & is a qualified Chartered Chemist (MRSC CChem), Chartered Scientist (C. Si) and a member of the Institute of Directors (UK).

Being a Director of several group companies including Watts Industrial Tyres Plc, Watts Industrial Polymers Ltd, Plysolene Ltd, Watts Truck Centre Ltd, Althorpe Properties Ltd, Watts Zarya Ltd (Bulgaria), Watts Tyres Europe Ltd, and Watts of Lydney Group Ltd (the ultimate holding company) and Eu-Retec (Pvt) Ltd, he is responsible for development and commercial aspects in all areas of the group.

Is a Director of Korean SPA Industrial Co. (Pvt) Ltd, Eagle Power (Pvt) Ltd, Skytel Global Services (Pvt) Ltd and Panadura Hardware Stores (Pvt) Ltd.

Has 20 years experience in the field of retreading of tyres for omnibus, trucks, lorries, tractors in both hot and cold process. 

Held the position of General Manager from its inception which is the 3^rd largest tyre retreading company in Sri Lanka. Was responsible in setting up the factory and organizing the entire marketing Dept, procurement of chemicals and raw materials, overall supervision of total production and distribution of tyres island wide. Within a short period of time his know-how, commitment and dedication have contributed immensely towards the success of the company.
